Community Events – September 2024
A look at some of the events our Adirondack Bank staff participated in during the month of September 2024.

Some of our employees volunteered at the Herkimer Chamber of Commerce annual golf tournament at the Mohawk Valley Golf and Event Center in Little Falls.

Adirondack Bank participated in Integrated Community Alternatives Network (ICAN)'s Nicholas D. Laino Golf Classic at Valley View Golf Course in Utica. We were also a birdie sponsor for the event. Funds from the tournament support ICAN's programs and services.

Adirondack Bank employees participated in the Mohawk Valley Association of REALTORS, Inc. Tournament of Valor at Twin Ponds Golf & Country Club in New York Mills. The event raised money to support Sitrin's Military Program.

Adirondack Bank participated in Utica University Day on the campus in Utica. Nearly 600 first-year and transfer students arrived on campus for the upcoming fall semester. University officials, mentors, community groups and business welcomed the new students.

Some of our Adirondack Bank employees volunteered at Sylvan-Verona Beach Association's Canal Fest. The event featured music, food, water sports, and more. We were proud to sponsor the Water Ski Show.

Adirondack Bank donated to the Lake Placid Food Pantry & Thrift Shop to help with the construction of a new facility. The expanded location will accommodate both entities to support the community.

Adirondack Bank attended the grand opening of the Olbiston Apartments in Utica. A $67 million rehabilitation of the 126-year-old building provides 153 energy efficient, safe, and affordable homes.
